Theodore V. Boyd is Chairman of First Communications and Rockledge Ltd, and is general partner of Willmoll Development Company. He holds a B.A. from Bethany College and a J.D. from Cleveland State University.

Ted has received numerous awards for his leadership in Stark County community. His current community activities include:
