Stark County has a rich tradition in education.
More than 50% of our County's high school graduates go on
to two or four year colleges and many attend technical or
community colleges.
Many
of these students join a major asset of the Canton/Stark County
area – a skilled and talented workforce, committed to
high quality and productivity. Stark County has been a successful
location for business since the mid-nineteenth century. The
area has produced generations of well-educated and diverse
workers, which reflect the broad base of the areas’
economic mix.
