Daniel Talarcek is vice president of strategic services for the Stark Development Board. A graduate of Kent State University, he holds a BS degree in Biology and Chemistry. Dan also has an MBA from John Carroll University. Prior to his tenure at SDB, Dan was a research scientist for a Fortune 500 firm. Dan volunteers for many community organizations.
