• Assist in strengthening urban business districts
  
• Develop criteria for selection of development partners

To serve as a resource for funding infrastructure and related improvements necessary for economic development

Objective:

• Provide expertise in grant planning and development, and serve as a depository for funds for financing programs that require local, public and private matching funds
