Justin is the Portfolio Manager for the Stark Development Board Finance Corporation. Justin was born and raised in Stark County and a graduate of North Canton Hoover high school. He then studied at the University of Akron, where he earned a BS in Communications and Business Administration. Justin has also held professional roles within the banking industry, including Credit Risk Analyst, Business Banker, and Special Assets Representative.
