Off-Balance Sheet And Synthetic Leases
This form of financing provides significant benefits to publicly traded or large privately held companies, including possible states sales tax exemption on materials for new construction.

Conduit Bond Issues
Qualified Small Issue Bonds for manufacturers and 501 (c)(3) bonds for nonprofit organizations.

Other types of fixed asset financing are available through the Stark Development Board.
